🥘 Ingredients

  • 1 avocato
  • 2 large shrimps
  • 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche
  • 50g of feta
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Salt, pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the avocado in half. Remove the pit.
  2. Carefully remove the flesh from the avocado. Cut into pieces and add the lemon juice.
  3. Mix the avocado pieces with the crème fraîche, salt, and pepper.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, add the shrimps. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
  6. Stuff the avocado with the avocado-cream mixture. Garnish with the shrimp and feta cubes.
  7. Serve immediately.
