Apricot Cake

🥘 Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 200g flour
- 150g butter
- 150g powdered sugar
- 150g ripe apricots
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of almond extract
- A pinch of salt
- Liquid caramel for decoration
👨🍳 Instructions
- Start by cutting the ripe apricots into small cubes and mixing them with the vanilla sugar.
- Use an electric mixer to work the butter and powdered sugar until the mixture becomes creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, then add the baking powder, almond extract, salt, and sifted flour.
- Incorporate the apricot cubes into the previous ingredients and work the mixture until it becomes homogeneous.
- Butter and flour a cake pan, then pour the preparation into it.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and bake the cake for 40 minutes. Let it cool before unmolding.
