- 250g soft butter
- 225g powdered sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- Flour according to the mix
- Filling
- Apricot jam
- 180g blanched almonds
- 1 box of candied fruits
👨🍳 Instructions
- Begin by working the soft butter and powdered sugar together in a bowl until they form a smooth cream. Add the egg yolks and vanilla sugar, continuing to mix the ingredients together. Add the sifted flour gradually, mixing vigorously until you obtain a soft and smooth dough. Roll into a ball and let rest for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of plastic wrap using a rolling pin. Carefully remove the first sheet of plastic, place the rectangle of dough on a baking sheet covered with a sheet of parchment paper.
