- 1 egg, salt, pepper
- 1/4 cup (75 ml) water
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- Shallots, sliced into small pieces

- Start by washing the large Chinese mushrooms thoroughly for an entire day.
- Combine the ground meat, shrimp pieces, chopped onions, sliced shallots, beaten egg, diluted cornstarch in water, and sesame oil.
