  • 250 gr (1/2 lb) ground meat
  • 125 gr (1/4 lb) shrimp, cut into pieces
  • 1 onion, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1 egg, salt, pepper
  • 1/4 cup (75 ml) water
  • 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • Shallots, sliced into small pieces

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Start by washing the large Chinese mushrooms thoroughly for an entire day.
  2. Combine the ground meat, shrimp pieces, chopped onions, sliced shallots, beaten egg, diluted cornstarch in water, and sesame oil.
  3. Stuff the mushrooms with this delicious filling.
  4. Cooking:
  5. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms in a round dish and steam for 30 minutes.
  6. To serve:
  7. Prepare the following sauce:
  8. Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and 1/2 cup (125 ml) of water with salt as needed. Boil the mixture in a saucepan and stir until boiling.
  9. Pour the sauce over the stuffed mushrooms.
