🥘 Ingredients

  • 250g of angel’s hair pasta
  • 4 raped tomatoes
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato concentrate
  • 1 liter of chicken broth
  • Salt, pepper.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and sauté the chopped onion.
  2. Add the raped tomatoes, salt, pepper, tomato concentrate, and chicken broth. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped mushrooms, drained tuna, and angel’s hair pasta rinsed and cut into small pieces. Simmer for two minutes.
  4. Serve in dishes and sprinkle with grated cheese.
