🥘 Ingredients

  • 250g angel hair
  • 4 raped tomatoes
  • 1 box of mushrooms
  • 1 box of tuna
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato concentrate
  • 1l chicken broth
  • Salt, pepper.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion. Add the raped tomatoes next, followed by salt, pepper, tomato concentrate, and chicken broth. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the mushrooms, tuna, and angel hair. Let it simmer for two minutes.
  3. Serve Angel Hair with Cheese in dishes and sprinkle with grated cheese.
