🥘 Ingredients

  • 250 g of lamb loin or shoulder
  • 150 g of Paris mushrooms
  • 1 firm tomato
  • 2 slices of smoked ham
  • 10 laurel leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • thyme
  • Salt and pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Carefully rinse the lamb meat and cut it into cubes of equal size.
  2. Prepare a marinade by mixing the oil with crushed thyme and a little salt. Place the lamb in a shallow dish and sprinkle with the marinade. Let it marinate for an hour.
  3. Carefully wash the Paris mushrooms, removing any sandy stems. Cut the smoked ham slices into lardons.
  4. Thread one side of the skewers with marinated lamb pieces, then ham lardons, Paris mushrooms, and finally a laurel leaf. Repeat for the other skewers.
  5. Place the skewers on the barbecue grill, keeping them away from the wooden charcoal embers to prevent them from cooking too quickly. Cook for about 15 minutes, turning the skewers occasionally.
  6. Cut the tomato in half and place a half-tomato on the end of each skewer.
  7. Serve immediately.
