🥘 Ingredients

  • 3 packets of reduced-to-powder biscuits
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons of Nescafé
  • 200g of roasted almonds, ground into powder
  • 500g of dark chocolate
  • 150g of melted butter
  • 300g of chocolate vermicelli
  • Small paper cups

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Dissolve the Nescafé in 2 tablespoons of hot water.
  2. In a bowl, combine the almond powder, biscuit powder, sifted cocoa, dissolved Nescafé, and mix well. Gather the mixture and work it into a homogeneous paste with the melted butter.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler, and add 2 tablespoons of oil to smooth the chocolate.
  4. Shape small balls of almond mixture, about the size of a cherry, and place them in paper baking cups, spacing them as you go, and cover each with the melted chocolate. Decorate with the chocolate vermicelli, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
