- 2 ripe avocados
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 shallot
- 1 tablespoon of spices for guacamole (sold in stores)
- 2 drops of Tabasco
- some tortillas
- Salt, Pepper.
👨🍳 Instructions
- Open the avocados in half and remove the flesh, then cut it into small pieces.
- Peel the shallot and cut it into small pieces as well.
- Place the avocado and shallot pieces in a blender, add the lemon juice, spices for guacamole, Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper, and mix until you obtain a smooth puree. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
