  • Some cornichons
  • Strong mustard

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the green olives into thin rounds.
  2. Next, cut the cornichons into equally thin sticks.
  3. Open the can of sardines and carefully remove the skin and bones from the fish before mincing them with a fork.
  4. Cut the baguette into slices that are 1 cm thick. Spread one side of each slice with strong mustard, then distribute the minced sardines on half of the slices, sprinkle some olive rounds on top, and decorate with cornichon sticks.
  5. Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh taste of these ingredients at their best.
