🥘 Ingredients
- 500g of pastilla leaves
- 500g of peeled shrimp
- 50g of Chinese vermicelli
- 12 pieces of Kiri
- 1 box of mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Batter made with flour and water
- Salt, pepper
👨🍳 Instructions
- Soak the Chinese vermicelli in boiling salted water for two minutes, drain it and cut it into pieces using a pair of scissors, then season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the mushrooms and cut them into pieces.
- Cut each Kiri into 4 pieces.
- Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the mushrooms for two minutes, then add the shrimp and cook while stirring with a wooden spoon, then season with salt and pepper.
- Cut each pastilla leaf into 4 pieces and take one strip of the leaf along its length. Place a teaspoonful of mushroom mixture and a tablespoonful of Chinese vermicelli on it, as well as a piece of Kiri at the end of this rectangle. Fold and fold again to form a triangle, seal the end with the batter made with flour and water, making sure to enclose the filling. Repeat this process until the filling and pastilla leaves are used up.
- Fry these triangles until they are golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
