🥘 Ingredients

  • 500 g of beef
  • 50 g of shallots
  • 3 tablespoons of soup masala
  • 50 g of oil
  • 100 g of natural yogurt
  • 1 onion
  • Fresh coriander leaves

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Carefully wash the piece of meat with bones and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Brown the shallots in a large pot using hot oil, then add the pieces of meat.
  3. Mix the soup masala with the natural yogurt and pour the resulting cream onto the meat. Cook everything on low heat, add water, cover it and let it reduce until the juices are absorbed.
  4. Sprinkle the meat with fresh coriander leaves and chopped onion before serving immediately.
