  • 350 g apricots
  • 4 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons pistachios
  • 3 deciliters thick cream
  • For the garnish
  • Whipped cream
  • Apricot slices
  • Few pistachios

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Clean the apricots carefully, remove the pits and chop them into small pieces, then blend until smooth to obtain a smooth cream.
  2. Pour the orange juice into a bowl, sprinkle with gelatin and heat the bowl in a double boiler until the gelatin dissolves, then add this preparation to the apricot cream, let it cool.
  3. Whip the thick cream well with a whisk until it is firm and pour it into the previous cream.
  4. Pour the obtained apricot cream into lightly oiled molds, refrigerate until set.
  5. Serve the cream surrounded by fresh apricot slices, whipped cream, and pistachios for a dessert that is both flavorful and visually appealing.
