🥘 Ingredients

  • 300g butter
  • 200g powdered sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 60g cocoa powder
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • A pinch of salt
  • Flour according to the mix

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Start by working the butter and powdered sugar until they form a creamy mixture.
  2. Add the baking powder, vanilla sugar, salt, and milk, and mix them together well.
  3. Gradually incorporate sifted flour into the dough to obtain a homogeneous and pliable texture.
  4. Divide the dough into three equal parts.
  5. Add sifted cocoa powder to one of the dough portions and knead it well.
  6. Roll out the three doughs (white, with cocoa, and white) on a floured work surface into rectangles of the same dimensions using a rolling pin.
  7. Place a white dough layer on the work surface, then place the chocolate dough layer on top of it, followed by another white dough layer. Roll the dough on itself to form a roll and place it in the freezer for 2 hours.
  8. Cut the roll into regular round pieces 1cm thick using a sharp knife, then arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake the biscuits in an oven preheated to 180°C until they are golden brown.
  10. Store them in a well-sealed box to give them a more intense flavor.
