🥘 Ingredients

  • 1kg ground meat
  • Some chopped mint and coriander leaves
  • 2 cups soy sauce
  • 1 cup mirin
  • 2 cups potato starch
  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper
  • Bamboo skewers
  • Salt, pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. First, soak the bamboo skewers in cold water for an hour to ensure they are well moistened.
  2. Mix the ground meat with all the ingredients to perfectly combine all flavors.
  3. Form round and compact meatballs, resembling nuts.
  4. Place water in a saucepan and bring it to boil to cook the meatballs.
  5. Plunge the meatballs into boiling water and cook them for a minute before draining them.
  6. Drain the bamboo skewers and thread two meatballs onto each skewer.
  7. Place the meatballs in an preheated oven to make their exterior crispy.
  8. Inflate rice vermicelli and black mushrooms with hot water, then drain them.
  9. Serve the meatballs with rice vermicelli, black mushrooms, soy sauce, and sesame oil for a perfect finish!
