  • 400g of ground beef
  • 100g of sausage
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small loaf of bread
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Frying oil
  • Salt, pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Begin by soaking the bread in milk for a few minutes until it is moistened.
  2. In a bowl, combine together ground beef, sausage crumbled, crushed garlic, chopped onion, chopped parsley, egg, grated Parmesan, soaked and crumbled bread, salt, and pepper. Make sure to mix well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Form balls with this preparation, then roll them in breadcrumbs.
  4. Place them in a large pot filled with hot oil and fry them until they are golden and well-cooked inside.
  5. Serve the meatballs hot, accompanied by rice or potatoes for example, for a hearty and savory meal.
