🥘 Ingredients

  • 250g of spinach or brick sheet dough
  • 1 egg
  • 1 liter of oil for frying
  • For the filling
  • 250g of ground meat
  • 1 onion
  • Chopped parsley
  • 8 cubes of Philadélphia (Kiri) cheese
  • Salt, pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a sauté pan, cook chopped onion with oil until it begins to soften. Once that’s done, add the ground meat and chopped parsley, then season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until the meat is fully cooked.
  2. Cut each block of cheese into four pieces.
  3. Using a pair of scissors, cut the spinach or brick sheet dough into rectangles measuring 10 cm by 30 cm.
  4. Place a rectangle of spinach or brick sheet dough on the cooking surface. Put a spoonful of ground meat filling and a piece of cheese in the upper left corner of the rectangle, fold the dough to form a triangle, then fold the edges to completely seal the triangle. Brush the corners with beaten egg to secure the triangle firmly. Repeat this process until you have used up all the filling or the spinach or brick sheet dough.
  5. Fry these triangles in hot oil until they are golden and fully cooked.
  6. Serve immediately.
