Cake au Lait

- 6 eggs

- 6 cups of flour (tamisée)

- Begin by beating the eggs, baking powder, and powdered sugar in an electric mixer until the mixture whitens and becomes fluffy.
- Add oil and milk while continuing to beat, then gradually incorporate sifted flour into the mixture, working everything until it becomes homogeneous.
- Pour the preparation into a buttered and floured cake pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. Check the baking using a knife.
- Unmold and let it cool on a wire rack.
- Serve in a dish.
