  • INGREDIENTS:
  • 8 eggs
  • 3 cups of oil
  • 3 cups of powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons of Nescafé
  • 2 cups of warm water
  • 6 packets of baking powder
  • Flour as needed for mixing

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Pour 2 cups of warm water into a bowl and let it cool, add the Nescafé, mix well.
  2. Put the eggs and powdered sugar into an electric mixer and beat until the mixture whitens and becomes fluffy, add the oil, mix well, then add the (water, Nescafé) mixture.
  3. Incorporate the sifted flour with baking powder and cocoa, work together until it becomes homogeneous and smooth.
  4. Grease and prep a 10-liter aluminum casserole dish, pour in the preparation.
  5. Cover it and place the casserole dish handle on top to close it (do not use the casserole dish lid during cooking).
  6. Cook at very low heat for 2 hours, let it cool before unmolding.
  7. Serve in a dish.
