  • 200g flour
  • 120g powdered sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 20cl milk
  • 10cl oil
  • 100g shredded coconut
  • 80g chopped almonds

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Begin by beating the eggs and sugar vigorously with an electric mixer until the mixture whitens.
  2. Add the sifted flour and baking powder gradually, ensuring proper incorporation, then add the milk and oil in small quantities while working continuously until the batter becomes smooth and lump-free. Incorporate the shredded coconut and chopped almonds next.
  3. Place the muffin tin liners in the madeleine molds and pour the preparation into them. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
  4. Check the cakes’ doneness using a knife, before removing them from the oven.
