Carrot Cake

🥘 Ingredients
- 100g of flour
- 150g of powdered sugar
- 1 lemon zest
- 4 eggs
- 100g of almonds
- 4 baking powder packets
- 4 carrots
- 10g of grated cheese
- A pinch of salt
- Butter for the mold
👨🍳 Instructions
- Wash and peel the carrots, then grate them using a grater with small holes.
- Chop the almonds without peeling them.
- Put the egg yolks and powdered sugar in a bowl, whisk until the mixture whitens and becomes fluffy.
- Incorporate the grated carrots and almonds, lemon zest, grated cheese, sifted flour gradually while continuing to mix, add salt, baking powder.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff, gently incorporate them into the preparation.
- Butter the cake mold and pour the preparation into it.
- Bake in a moderate oven for 45 minutes.
