Chicken Shawarma

🥘 Ingredients
- 6 Arabic breads
- 500g chicken breasts, boneless and sliced very thinly
- 500g natural yogurt
- 1 cup sour cream
- Spices for Shawarma
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup oil
- Nutmeg
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 sliced onion
- Chopped pickles
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Salt, pepper
👨🍳 Instructions
- In a casserole dish, place the chicken pieces, add the chopped onion, 1 tablespoon of spices for Shawarma, olive oil, oil, grated nutmeg, salt. Pour 500ml of water and bring to a boil. Let cook until the water is completely evaporated, then stir with a wooden spoon over low heat for 5 minutes.
