Chocolate with Biscuits and Almonds

🥘 Ingredients
- 3 packets of reduced-to-powder biscuits
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa
- 2 teaspoons of Nescafé
- 200g of roasted almonds, ground into powder
- 500g of dark chocolate
- 150g of melted butter
- 300g of chocolate vermicelli
- Small paper cups
👨🍳 Instructions
- Dissolve the Nescafé in 2 tablespoons of hot water.
- In a bowl, combine the almond powder, biscuit powder, sifted cocoa, dissolved Nescafé, and mix well. Gather the mixture and work it into a homogeneous paste with the melted butter.
- Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler, and add 2 tablespoons of oil to smooth the chocolate.
- Shape small balls of almond mixture, about the size of a cherry, and place them in paper baking cups, spacing them as you go, and cover each with the melted chocolate. Decorate with the chocolate vermicelli, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
