- 400g of ground beef
- 100g of sausage
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 small loaf of bread
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Breadcrumbs
- Frying oil
- Salt, pepper
👨🍳 Instructions
- Begin by soaking the bread in milk for a few minutes until it is moistened.
- In a bowl, combine together ground beef, sausage crumbled, crushed garlic, chopped onion, chopped parsley, egg, grated Parmesan, soaked and crumbled bread, salt, and pepper. Make sure to mix well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Form balls with this preparation, then roll them in breadcrumbs.
