- 200g powdered sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 60g cocoa powder
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- A pinch of salt
- Flour according to the mix
👨🍳 Instructions
- Start by working the butter and powdered sugar until they form a creamy mixture.
- Add the baking powder, vanilla sugar, salt, and milk, and mix them together well.
- Gradually incorporate sifted flour into the dough to obtain a homogeneous and pliable texture.
- Divide the dough into three equal parts.
- Add sifted cocoa powder to one of the dough portions and knead it well.
- Roll out the three doughs (white, with cocoa, and white) on a floured work surface into rectangles of the same dimensions using a rolling pin.
- Place a white dough layer on the work surface, then place the chocolate dough layer on top of it, followed by another white dough layer. Roll the dough on itself to form a roll and place it in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Cut the roll into regular round pieces 1cm thick using a sharp knife, then arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the biscuits in an oven preheated to 180°C until they are golden brown.
- Store them in a well-sealed box to give them a more intense flavor.
