  • 1 can of pineapple in syrup

  1. Begin by cutting the pineapple slices into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, beat together the eggs and powdered sugar until the mixture whitens. Gradually add sifted flour, then baking powder, and incorporate melted butter. Work everything well to achieve a uniform mixture, then incorporate the pieces of pineapple.
  3. Pour the preparation into a buttered cake mold.
  4. Bake the dessert in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 40 minutes, until the top is golden and crispy.
