- 250g lean minced lamb
- 1 cup tomato concentrate
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 100g white ham
- Bamboo skewers
- Salt
👨🍳 Instructions
- Soak the bamboo skewers in cold water for an hour to eliminate any natural aromas that could affect the taste of your dish.
- In a bowl, combine minced lean lamb, tomato concentrate, finely chopped parsley, grated coconut, cumin powder, and lemon juice. Form a ball with each tablespoon full of the mixture.
