🥘 Ingredients
- 250g of pastilla leaves
- 180g of Jben (fresh goat cheese)
- 1 small bunch of chopped parsley
- 100g of de-pitted black olives
- 2 eggs
- Pepper
👨🍳 Instructions
- Mix the goat cheese, chopped parsley, pepper, beaten eggs, and cut black olives into small pieces in a bowl.
- Divide each pastilla leaf lengthwise into 4 and take a strip of leaf to place a spoonful of cheese mixture at the end of this strip of leaf. Fold and fold the leaf until it forms a triangle. Encase the filling with dough (flour-water) to ensure it is well sealed. Repeat this operation until the filling and pastilla leaves are used up.
- Fry these triangles in a large pan filled with hot oil until they are golden brown. Make sure to drain them on absorbent paper.
- Serve immediately.
