🥘 Ingredients

  • 500g almonds
  • 200g powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee (Nescafé)
  • 150g melted butter
  • White chocolate
  • Vermicelli chocolate for garnish
  • Paper cupcake liners

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Soak the almonds in boiling water and peel them. Then, place them in the oven to bake until they are golden. Combine them with the powdered sugar.
  2. Grind the almond-sugar mixture in an electric mill until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  3. Dissolve the instant coffee in 2 tablespoons of hot water.
  4. Place the ground almonds, sifted cocoa, dissolved coffee, and mix well. Combine with melted butter to obtain a homogeneous paste.
  5. Melt white chocolate over a double boiler.
  6. Form small balls about the size of a cherry from the almond paste and place them in paper cupcake liners. Cover them with melted white chocolate, decorate with vermicelli chocolate, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
