🥘 Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teacups of Coca-Cola
  • 1 teacup of oil
  • 1 and 1/2 teacups of powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 2 and 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • Flour according to the mix
  • Chocolate frosting
  • 1/2 teacup of water
  • 1/2 teacup of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 1 vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa
  • Decorations
  • White chocolate

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare the frosting: place the oil, water, sugar, and cocoa in a large, thick-bottomed saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer while stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Once cooled, gently mix in the yogurt.
  2. In an electric mixer, combine eggs, powdered sugar, oil, and Coca-Cola and mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl, add baking powder and cocoa, mix well with a wooden spoon, then gradually add the sifted flour and continue mixing until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
  4. Grease and flour a cake pan and pour in the dough.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C, place the cake in the oven and bake for 45 minutes. Check the doneness with a toothpick that should come out dry. Remove it from the oven and unmold it onto a wire rack.
  6. Frost the warm cake with the frosting.
  7. Decorate the cake with white chocolate stripes.
