🥘 Ingredients

  • 100g of flour
  • 150g of powdered sugar
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 4 eggs
  • 100g of almonds
  • 4 baking powder packets
  • 4 carrots
  • 10g of grated cheese
  • A pinch of salt
  • Butter for the mold

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the carrots, then grate them using a grater with small holes.
  2. Chop the almonds without peeling them.
  3. Put the egg yolks and powdered sugar in a bowl, whisk until the mixture whitens and becomes fluffy.
  4. Incorporate the grated carrots and almonds, lemon zest, grated cheese, sifted flour gradually while continuing to mix, add salt, baking powder.
  5. Beat the egg whites until stiff, gently incorporate them into the preparation.
  6. Butter the cake mold and pour the preparation into it.
  7. Bake in a moderate oven for 45 minutes.
