🥘 Ingredients

  • 250g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 packets of baking powder
  • 3 pieces of cheese
  • 1 small glass of oil
  • 1 small glass of water
  • 1kg flour
  • a pinch of salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Begin by beating the three eggs, grated cheese, baking powder, softened butter, oil, salt, and continue to beat for several minutes.
  2. Gradually add sifted flour until you obtain a homogeneous and smooth dough.
  3. On a floured work surface, roll out the dough using a rolling pin and cut into regular squares using a pastry wheel. Place the squares on an oiled baking sheet and bake in a preheated moderate oven for approximately 15 minutes, until the top is well golden.
  4. Once removed from the oven, place the salted biscuits in an airtight container to prevent them from becoming soft before serving.
