🥘 Ingredients
- Brick leaves
- 250g of ground meat
- 4 eggs
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of parsley, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
👨🍳 Instructions
- Cook the minced meat in a pan with some oil, add the finely chopped shallot, parsley, salt, and pepper, cook over low heat while stirring with a wooden spoon until cooked through. Let cool.
- Place two brick leaves on a work surface and spoon two tablespoons of the filling onto each, make a small well in the center and place an egg in it. Fold the sides of the leaves, then fold the remaining sides to form a square. Fold the square diagonally to form a triangle.
- Immediately place the stuffed triangle into hot oil, allow the bottom of the triangle to brown first, then turn it over to brown both sides. The brick should puff up. Remove and place on absorbent paper. Repeat with the remaining bricks.
- Serve the bricks warm.
