🥘 Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 tablespoon of spices for guacamole (sold in stores)
  • 2 drops of Tabasco
  • some tortillas
  • Salt, Pepper.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Open the avocados in half and remove the flesh, then cut it into small pieces.
  2. Peel the shallot and cut it into small pieces as well.
  3. Place the avocado and shallot pieces in a blender, add the lemon juice, spices for guacamole, Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper, and mix until you obtain a smooth puree. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
  4. Enjoy this delicious guacamole with tortillas.
