Here is a recipe that surpasses expectations! 🥘 Ingredients

  • 3 avocados
  • 8 scallops (Saint Jacques)
  • 2 shallots, minced
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut oil
  • A few grains of green peppercorns
  • Salt, pepper, and chives

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare a marinade by mixing in a bowl the green peppercorns, minced shallots, peanut oil, and juice from ½ lemon to create an exquisite fragrance.
  2. Open the scallops, rinse and drain them, cut them into small pieces and add them to the marinade, let them marinate for about 1 hour to infuse with the flavor of the marinade.
  3. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and the flesh, reserve 4 shells and puree the rest of the flesh, season with salt and pepper, add the juice from ½ lemon, stir to get a smooth puree.
  4. Add the scallops to this puree, reserving 4 corals for decoration.
  5. Stuff the avocado shells with this mixture, decorate them with the coral and finely chopped herbs (chives).
  6. Serve this unforgettable recipe immediately.
