🥘 Ingredients
- 400g of turkey fillets
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
- 1 piece of fresh ginger, grated
- Salt
- Frying batter
- 150g of flour
- 1/2 packet of baking powder
- 10cl of water
- 1 egg white, beaten stiff
- Salt, pepper
- Garlic sauce
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- Salt
👨🍳 Instructions
- Cut the turkey fillet into thin strips 2 cm wide and 5 cm long, about the size of a finger.
- Put the grated ginger in a bowl, add the vinegar, soy sauce, and salt. Add the turkey strips and mix well, then let marinate for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Prepare the garlic sauce: pour the mayonnaise into a bowl, add the chopped garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, then slowly add the oil and whisk until you have a mayonnaise using a manual or electric whisk.
- Prepare the frying batter: mix the flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and water until smooth. Carefully fold in the beaten egg white.
- Dip the marinated turkey strips in the frying batter, then immerse them in hot oil to fry until they are golden. Drain them on absorbent paper.
- Serve the warm turkey beignets with garlic sauce.
