🥘 Ingredients
- thick paste with sesame and vanilla sugar.
- INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bowl of oil
- 1 bowl of eggs
- 1 bowl of powdered sugar
- 1 bowl of sesame seed powder
- 2 packets of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100g of almonds for garnishing
- Flour according to the mix
👨🍳 Instructions
- Begin by vigorously beating eggs and powdered sugar until a thick mixture forms. Add oil while continuing to beat for 10 minutes, then incorporate sesame seed powder, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and mix well. Gradually add sifted flour to obtain a uniform paste.
- Use the special mold required for this cake.
- Take a piece of dough and shape it by putting it in the cookie machine, gently turn the handle until 12cm long cylinders are out, then wrap them around each other to form an escargot. Continue the process until all the dough is used.
- Place them on an oiled tray and garnish with almonds.
- Bake the biscuits in a relatively hot oven.
- Store them in a well-sealed box.
