🥘 Ingredients
- 250g butter
- 4 eggs
- 3 packets of baking powder
- 3 pieces of cheese
- 1 small glass of oil
- 1 small glass of water
- 1kg flour
- a pinch of salt
👨🍳 Instructions
- Begin by beating the three eggs, grated cheese, baking powder, softened butter, oil, salt, and continue to beat for several minutes.
- Gradually add sifted flour until you obtain a homogeneous and smooth dough.
- On a floured work surface, roll out the dough using a rolling pin and cut into regular squares using a pastry wheel. Place the squares on an oiled baking sheet and bake in a preheated moderate oven for approximately 15 minutes, until the top is well golden.
- Once removed from the oven, place the salted biscuits in an airtight container to prevent them from becoming soft before serving.
