  • 500g of pastilla or brick leaves (pastilla or brick leaves)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in a saucepan filled with boiling salted water for half the cooking time, then drain it.

  3. Bake the dish at 180° C for an hour, then remove it from the oven and let it cool.
  4. Cut the pastilla or brick leaves into rectangles measuring 10 cm x 30 cm using scissors.
  5. Place a rectangle on your work surface, add a spoonful of stuffing to the end of the rectangle. Fold and fold again to form a triangle. Seal the tip with beaten egg, making sure to enclose the triangle properly.
  6. Repeat this process until the filling or pastilla or brick leaves are used up.
  7. Fry these triangles in some oil for frying until they are well golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving immediately for a refined and appetizing finish.
