🥘 Ingredients

  • 500g feuilles à bricks or feuilles à pastilla
  • 1 egg
  • For the filling
  • 500g fresh shrimp
  • 50g Chinese vermicelli
  • 200g cheese (of your choice)
  • Salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Blanchish the shrimp in boiling and salted water, then drain them and let them cool. Remove the intestines and devein them.
  2. Soak the Chinese vermicelli for two minutes in boiling and salted water, drain it, then cut it with a pair of scissors.
  3. Cut the pastilla leaves into rectangles that are 10 cm by 30 cm.
  4. Place the cut leaf on the work surface, put two shrimp, one tablespoon of Chinese vermicelli, and a piece of cheese at the end of this rectangle, fold and fold to form a triangle. Seal the tip with beaten egg, making sure to enclose the filling. Repeat this process until the filling or pastilla leaves are used up.
  5. Fry these triangles until they are golden brown.
  6. Serve hot.
