  • 1 potato
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 liter of orange juice
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 peaches
  • 1 red beet
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 melon
  • Sugar to taste

  1. Cook carrots, potato, and red beet in boiling water, then cool in cold water.
  2. Cut the cucumber, melon, and one peach into pieces.
  3. Blend all ingredients with orange juice and lemon juice, add sugar if necessary and extend with water until desired consistency is achieved.
  4. Garnish your glass with remaining peach pieces.
  5. Serve chilled.
