  • 250g of shortcrust pastry (see shortcrust pastry recipe)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • For the filling
  • 4 grated tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 can of tuna
  • Salt, pepper, thyme

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the onion. Add the grated tomatoes, tomato concentrate, thyme, season with salt and pepper. Let reduce to medium heat until the complete evaporation of water, then add cream and tuna.
