  • 250g soft butter
  • 225g powdered sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Flour according to the mix
  • Filling
  • Apricot jam
  • 180g blanched almonds
  • 1 box of candied fruits

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Begin by working the soft butter and powdered sugar together in a bowl until they form a smooth cream. Add the egg yolks and vanilla sugar, continuing to mix the ingredients together. Add the sifted flour gradually, mixing vigorously until you obtain a soft and smooth dough. Roll into a ball and let rest for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Roll out the dough between two sheets of plastic wrap using a rolling pin. Carefully remove the first sheet of plastic, place the rectangle of dough on a baking sheet covered with a sheet of parchment paper.
  3. Use a sharp knife to cut the dough into equal squares, 4 cm on each side. Spread the apricot jam over the entire surface and arrange the blanched almonds on top. Finally, place the candied fruits on top as a garnish.
  4. Bake the tart in a preheated oven at 180°C until it turns a light pink color.
  5. Store in an airtight container.
