Baked Greenland cod is like taking a little piece of France hidden at the edges of Brittany coasts! The fresh fish, cooked to perfection in a hot and warm oven, transports you directly to the beach where the salt and waves inspired this unforgettable recipe. 🥘 Ingredients

  • 4 slices of Greenland cod
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 6 potatoes
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small glass of oil
  • A bunch of crushed coriander
  • The juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of mild pepper
  • 1 pinch of hot pepper,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
  • Salt, pepper,

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed coriander with lemon juice, mild pepper, cumin, hot pepper, salt, crushed garlic cloves and stir well to obtain a beautiful aromatic sauce.
  2. Peel the onions and finely chop them. In a pan, add hot oil then sauté the onions carefully until they are well cooked without burning.
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into rounds, then cook them steamed for about 20 minutes until they are tender.
  4. Seed the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
  5. Place the slices of Greenland cod in a baking dish, add the prepared aromatic sauce, oil, stir well with two glasses of water and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
  6. Serve the slices of Greenland cod, cover with sauce and surround with steamed potato rounds.
  7. Serve the dish hot.
