Here is a recipe that transports you to the edges of Extreme-Orient! 🥘 Ingredients

  • 500g of pastilla leaves
  • 500g of peeled shrimp
  • 50g of Chinese vermicelli
  • 12 pieces of Kiri
  • 1 box of mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Batter made with flour and water
  • Salt, pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Soak the Chinese vermicelli in boiling salted water for two minutes, drain it and cut it into pieces using a pair of scissors, then season with salt and pepper.
  2. Drain the mushrooms and cut them into pieces.
  3. Cut each Kiri into 4 pieces.
  4. Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the mushrooms for two minutes, then add the shrimp and cook while stirring with a wooden spoon, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cut each pastilla leaf into 4 pieces and take one strip of the leaf along its length. Place a teaspoonful of mushroom mixture and a tablespoonful of Chinese vermicelli on it, as well as a piece of Kiri at the end of this rectangle. Fold and fold again to form a triangle, seal the end with the batter made with flour and water, making sure to enclose the filling. Repeat this process until the filling and pastilla leaves are used up.
  6. Fry these triangles until they are golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately.
