  • 2 teaspoons of oil
  • 2 teaspoons of milk (petit lait)
  • 4 packets of baking powder
  • 6 cups of flour (tamisée)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Begin by beating the eggs, baking powder, and powdered sugar in an electric mixer until the mixture whitens and becomes fluffy.
  2. Add oil and milk while continuing to beat, then gradually incorporate sifted flour into the mixture, working everything until it becomes homogeneous.
  3. Pour the preparation into a buttered and floured cake pan.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. Check the baking using a knife.
  5. Unmold and let it cool on a wire rack.
  6. Serve in a dish.
