  • 500g chicken wings
  • 7 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of prune jam

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Thoroughly wash and rinse the chicken wings with water and salt.
  2. Place the chicken wings, soy sauce, and prune jam in a bowl, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and let marinate for 5 to 6 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Arrange the marinated chicken wings on a baking sheet.
  4. Cook the chicken wings in the oven’s grill, turning them over halfway through cooking, until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  5. Enjoy hot.
