🥘 Ingredients

  • 250g almonds
  • 125g peanuts
  • 125g flax seeds
  • 125g sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons anise powder
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • Olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Roast the almonds with their skin in the oven, stirring constantly with a spatula and letting them cool before crushing them using an electric grinder.
  2. Clean the sesame seeds before roasting them in a pan while continuously stirring until they are well golden brown. Grind them three times using the electric grinder and then sieve them.
  3. Roast the peanuts in the oven while continually stirring with a spatula, then remove their skin using a towel. Crush them very finely using the electric grinder.
  4. Toast the flax seeds in a heavy pan over low heat while continuously stirring with a wooden spoon. Grind them using the electric grinder and then sieve them.
  5. Mix in a large bowl the peanut powder, almond powder, flaxseed powder, sesame seed powder, add the anise powder, granulated sugar, honey, slowly pouring olive oil while stirring until you have obtained an amlou-like mixture.
  6. Put the mixture into bottles and enjoy it at breakfast or save it for later use.
