🥘 Ingredients

  • 200g fresh mozzarella
  • Several pitted green olives, cut into pieces
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 baguette of bread

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Thoroughly dry the tomatoes, remove seeds, and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Cut the mozzarella into thin and regular slices.
  3. Cut the baguette into equal slices.
  4. Place mozzarella slices on the bread slices, top them with tomato pieces, and decorate with olive pieces. Bake them until grilled.
  5. Serve immediately.
