🥘 Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 and a half cups of powdered sugar
  • 5 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 2 packets of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and eggs in an electric mixer to obtain a white and fluffy preparation. Add the vanilla yogurt, oil, and baking powder next, continuing to mix until the preparation is creamy. Incorporate the sifted flour gradually, working to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Divide the dough into two.
  3. Sift the cocoa powder and incorporate it into one of the two halves, mixing carefully to obtain a half of chocolate dough.
  4. Grease and flour a cake pan and pour the natural half first, followed by the chocolate half.
  5. Preheat your oven to 190°C and bake the cake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. Let the cake cool before removing it from the pan.
  7. Serve the cake on a plate.
